These people flat out lied to me They had my truck for a week It needed a transmission I ordered the transmission myself and had it shipped to them They said they would start on my truck the day after it arrived It arrived on Thursday I ordered the tranny Friday It was supposed to be there Monday I told them Friday to go ahead and pull the tranny replace the clutch surface the flywheel and replace the rear main if it showed any sign of leakage They said they would get started on this right away The salesman that sold me the tranny lied to me about it arriving Monday It wasnt going to be there until Tuesday I called Kellys and advised them of this It didnt arrive Tuesday due to some problem in the warehouse where it was shipping from in Denver or so I was told I advised Kellys once again of this It arrived Wednesday around noon I checked with Kellys Wednesday afternoon to verify it was there and they said it was I checked back with them Thursday around noon to see if my truck was going to be out and they said they hadnt started putting the tranny in yet because they took a couple of trucks in while they were waiting on the tranny to arrive and they had to get them on out They further advised that they already had the clutch installed and would start in with the tranny that evening but would be Friday morning finishing up I told them I understood and thanked them I called Friday morning to make sure they were going to have it out and the same woman that told me the day before they already had the clutch changed told me they were having trouble getting the old tranny out I asked her how in the world they changed the clutch without the tranny being out already and she said they hadnt yet I would not recommend anyone use this company
