I called this company out on a road service call My truck needed a small preformed water hose I told them exactly what hose I needed I gave them the truck vin number and the engine serial number The tech showed up with the wrong hose I was informed by my driver that the tech had to go to Chattanooga to get the right hose I called this company and had to argue with the service manager to keep them from charging me for the first trip out with the wrong hose Once I asked to speak with the general manager he put me on hold returned to the phone admitted fault and agreed to take care of it They did right in the end but shouldnt have been such a hassle
