Called this service explained that we had a truck with a check engine light and a shut down light coming on resulting in the truck shutting down I explained that we had already tried some general trouble shooting Ie the water level sensor oil level etc The explain it will be 6090min I agree and instruct the driver to wait The tech arrives with no diagnostic equipment spends 2030 according to the driver points out a leaking head gasket and says sorry I cant do anything else His dispatcher calls and request 21280 for the service call and says that they dont carry diagnostic equipment in their service truck I would not recommend this service They are based out of Columbia SC so beware when in that area as well
