I called them out on a simple fuel line replacement procedure The truck was only 5 miles from them They responded within an hour which was ok However they had to make several trips back and forth from my truck to their shop for parts and tools I was very specific when I called them out as to which line it was Then upon completion about four hours later they acted like they didnt know how to handle payment The tech said he coulbnt advise of the cost I had to call the shop and he said he didnt know that he would have to get with the tech Then when I mentioned a plus check he acted confused again Finally after about 30 minutes I finally got a total which wasnt cheap but reasonable My driver wound up paying cash on the promise of the man at the shop that he would fax the invoice to my office the next day As the end of the day draws near I still havent received that invoice and I have been unable to get anyone to answer the phone all day I will not call this company out again
