What a joke We called them to our truck because it shut down While their mechanic was there my shop asked if they had checked all the fluids Their mechanic said all fluids were ok They then sent a tow truck to have our unit towed to our yard The next morning our contract mechanics checked out the unit and found it low on coolant They added some coolant and replaced a hose clamp that had broken Total repair took less than 10 minutes So now we have to pay a 60000 dollar tow bill and a service call for a 10 minute fix Hint to Tidewater Express Hire better mechanics Again what a jokeYRC
